Sanatorium GórnikSanatorium Górnik has been providing medical services in Iwonicz Zdrój since 1971. Located in the hills of the Beskid Niski region, it is an ideal place for those who appreciate contact with unspoiled nature, clean air, and a wonderful microclimate. Our center is open all year round and offers a perfect retreat for people looking to treat degenerative joint diseases, spinal conditions, or intervertebral disc disorders. We also provide treatments for musculoskeletal problems resulting from injuries or age-related issues.

Our comfortable rooms, including single, double, and triple occupancy options, all have private bathrooms. Most rooms have balconies (except for the fourth floor and ground floor), and all are equipped with radios. Higher standard rooms also have TVs and kettles. The connection between the hotel and the treatment area, as well as the treatment building itself, provides convenience for treatment at any time of the year.
Between 2002 and 2006, we carried out extensive renovations, including the hotel building, treatment pavilion, and dining hall. We also made accommodations for disabled guests. In July 2004, we opened the Health and Beauty SPA Studio, where both hotel guests and locals can enjoy two types of saunas, a hydro-massage pool, a salt cave, stone relaxation massage, HYDRO YET massage, MEDY JET massage, DERMA LIFE SPA capsules, a solarium, phototherapy, a massage room, classic AQUA FOOT DETOX SPA body wraps using Dead Sea mud and algae.
We also have a conference room that can accommodate up to 100 people, allowing us to organize trainings, conferences, and special events. Other amenities include a café (with daily dance evenings), an internet station with Skype, free internet access in every room, billiards, table tennis, Nordic walking stick rental, and a tourist office that organizes interesting excursions to Slovakia, Lviv, Bieszczady, and Łańcut. In June 2007, we introduced a cryogenic chamber (fully accessible for disabled people), which is a new service on the market in Podkarpacie and is classified as a medical device (there are only four such devices in Poland).
Throughout the years, our priority has always been the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. Our efforts have not gone unnoticed, as we were the first in Iwonicz Zdrój to receive the ISO Quality Certificate in December 2005.
