Camp RadkówCamp Radków is located in the buffer zone of the Stołowe Mountains National Park, between its highest peak, Szczeliniec Wielki, and the border with the Czech Republic. Every year, this beautifully located camp, right on the shore of Lake Radków, awaits artists, geologists, climbers, dancers, photographers, filmmakers, athletes, and anyone who wants to spend their holidays here actively and creatively.
Sports and educational facilities include a small covered climbing wall, a large covered climbing wall, a dance studio with mirrors (small), a dance studio with mirrors (large), a club room, a painting workshop, an art workshop with a view of the lake, a ceramics workshop with a firing kiln, two geological workshops, two film workshops, three photography workshops (two digital photography workshops and a darkroom for analog photography), multimedia workshops, a theater workshop, a water stage, a multi-purpose sports field with artificial surface, a football and basketball field with artificial surface, a large grass field, beach volleyball courts, an archery range, a swimming area, a kayak port, a playground, a bike rental, and a drying room.
The Radków cuisine fascinates campers and instructors every year. The buffet serves a full range of diverse, colorful, and healthy dishes during three meals, including meals tailored to individual diets, agreed upon with parents in advance. Once a week, there is also a „Radków Corner” where you can try our own, homemade products: freshly baked bread with grains, fragrant rolls, aromatic roasts and pâtés, lard with cracklings, and pickled cucumbers. Additional sweet treats are the various fruit jams produced in-house, served daily on the buffet and enjoyed by many.
In addition to the afternoon snack served with lunch (we try to make it fruit), there is also a „snack bar” available to everyone before the nighttime silence, because we know how many calories a young person can burn spending the whole day in intense physical activity outdoors. We also prepare sandwiches for breakfast for the youngest campers. Throughout the day, there are several places on the campsite with hot tea or water available, depending on the ambient temperature.
