Agroturystyka – LutyniaLutynia 13 is a place filled with a unique atmosphere that subtly attracts; once you visit us, you will keep coming back.
Our house has an extraordinary history. It used to be a German school, then a Polish one, and later a shop. The house was practically falling apart when the owners changed at the end of the 90s, trying to revive and transform it. Currently, the hosts run agrotourism.
There is also a cozy café here – a small, intimate interior perfect for meetings with friends and small family gatherings. Its special atmosphere is created by old paintings, black and white photos of former village residents, and a prominent sideboard. The whole experience is complemented by music from vinyl records playing from the turntable. Everyone who visits this place will fall in love with it.
Opposite the house, in the central point of the village, there are Lutyńskie Terraces – surrounded by promenades and benches, a water feature – an ideal place to relax with a book and escape from everyday life. Golden fish swim in it, which supposedly grant wishes… It’s worth a try! Right next to it is the Lutyński Inn – a meeting place for residents and special events such as village festivals, harvest festivals, and bonfires.
We offer service in English, Russian, and German.
Our guests can choose from 2, 3, and multi-bed rooms, each with its own bathroom. There is also a kitchenette, a lounge, a large terrace, and a beautiful garden available for use.
Slides and swings are children’s favorite play area. And when the weather doesn’t cooperate, parents can indulge in reading from our library, while children can play board games or unleash their artistic side by drawing and painting.
We encourage you to engage in active recreation – thanks to a large number of walking and cycling trails, you can discover different parts of our area. The proximity of ski resorts (Czarna Góra, Lądek Zdrój, Kamienica, Bielice, and several complexes on the Czech side) will satisfy winter sports enthusiasts.
We promote a healthy lifestyle and organic food – the surrounding meadows are abundant in herbs, which can be used to prepare invigorating teas (mint, chamomile, nettle, horsetail, linden, yarrow), which, combined with crystal clear water, are said to work wonders… In summer, we suggest picking blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries, and in autumn, of course, mushrooms.
For those interested in exploring other cultures, we recommend a trip to the Czech Republic. The Lutynia-Travna border crossing allows you to visit our neighbors on foot or by car. The walk from our house to the nearby village of Travna takes no more than 45 minutes. By car, you can visit Javornik, a slightly more distant location, where a beautiful castle on a hill and one of the largest pipe collections in Europe can be found.
