„Willa nad potokiem” is a luxury villa located in the Karkonosze Mountains. It is a perfect place for guests who enjoy peaceful and comfortable relaxation. The villa has a separate entrance for guests. Here, guests will find all the amenities they need, with newly furnished and comfortably decorated rooms. All rooms are equipped with TV equipment. The villa also features high-quality bathrooms and toilets. Guests have access to a separate kitchen with full kitchen equipment, new kitchen furniture, and a large refrigerator. On sunny days, guests are invited to relax by the stream on the 1-hectare recreational area surrounding the villa, where they can sunbathe, swim, have a barbecue, or play volleyball. Fishing is also possible in both the stream and the nearby Pilichowice Lake. We offer the possibility of organizing dance evenings on the terrace „under the stars” or in the „Hunting Room” or in the common room. On the premises of the resort, we have a table tennis room and other sports games.
In the evenings, we organize bonfires with sausage roasting directly by the murmuring mountain stream. During your stay, we recommend visiting the following places: the ruins of medieval castles in Chojnik, Bolkow, the Knight’s Tower in Siedlecin, Czocha Castle, palaces in Bukowiec, Łomnica, Wojanów, Karpniki, Miłków, Staniszów, and Czernica – the market square and the old town in Jelenia Góra, the wooden temple „Wang” in Karpacz – water dams on the Bóbr River in Siedlecin and Pilichowice – the highest peak of the Sudetes, „Śnieżka” (1603 m above sea level) – Szklarka and Kamieńczyk Waterfalls, the Great and Small Pond in Śnieżne Kotły, and many others. We also recommend our guests to take trips to the Czech Republic, for example, to Liberec, Jablonec, or even further to Prague. Our guesthouse, due to its location, is an excellent starting point for these places, as they are all within easy reach. The distance to Jelenia Góra is 10 km, to Karpacz – about 25 km, to Szklarska Poręba city center – about 10 km, to Świeradów Zdrój – about 25 km, to the border with the Czech Republic in Jakuszyce – about 10 km, and to the border with Germany in Goerlitz – about 40 km. It should be added that in Jelenia Góra Cieplice and Świeradów Zdrój, guests can take advantage of spa treatments in the health resort and drink healing mineral waters. We also recommend visiting local monuments and walking routes through the forest along the mountain stream, which will lead you to the Pilichowice Dam (the second-largest dam in Poland after the Solina Dam). We provide our guests with delicious meals (breakfasts and dinners). The meals are served in our dining room with a beautiful view of the flowing mountain stream.
