„Berliner” is located in the center of the city of Świeradów-Zdrój, on the edge of the beautiful, old Spa Park.

In 2005, the facility celebrated its centenary. In connection with the anniversary, it underwent a thorough renovation, and in August of the same year, it reemerged as one of the most beautiful, preserved objects in the Świeradów-Zdrój resort.

Currently, the „Berliner” resort offers:

– a restored café, restaurant,
– a treatment base connected to a water complex, which includes a pool, saltwater jacuzzi, dry sauna, and wet sauna.

Beautiful Art Nouveau stairs as well as a modern elevator lead to the upper floors.
