Chatka w ZyndranowejZyndranowa is a village located in the eastern part of the Low Beskids, in the valley of the Panna stream, near Barwinek and the Polish-Slovak border crossing. The cottage is situated at the upper end of the village. It is an incredibly peaceful and charming place, where time seems to pass more slowly… The cottage itself offers tourists a kitchen and a stove, a room with a fireplace, a toilet with fresh stream water, a well for water, and a place to make a bonfire. Of course, you can also pitch your tent on the premises. In the village itself, there is a very interesting Lemko Culture Museum with an ethnographic-historical exhibition.
The cottage is a good starting point for exploring the terrain of the Dukla Beskids (including Piotrus and Cergowa), interesting corners located in the eastern part of the Beskids – the Kamień Mountain massif above Jaśliska, beautiful Jasiołka Springs, and the non-existent Jasiel. Going west, not far from here, you can visit the atmospheric valleys of the former villages of Smereczne and Wilszni. Of course, there are also wide excursion possibilities to Slovakia – either through Barwinek (where numerous buses to Svidnik run from the Slovak side) or after crossing the tourist border crossing Czeremcha – Čertizne, you can visit the nearby Medzilaborce (Andy Warhol Museum).
