Camping BoszkowoBOSZKOWO – a typical recreational town located on Lake Dominick, in the Leszno Lake District, 25 km from Leszno. The lake is a remnant of the oldest phase of the Baltic glaciation, which creates a favorable maritime microclimate there.
In the summer season, Boszkowo is a bustling town with numerous small gastronomy points, game rooms, an amusement park, a shooting range, a children’s playground, and a go-kart track.
The surrounding forests encourage hiking and cycling trips, while the lakes satisfy the hobbies of windsurfing, sailing, kayaking, and fishing enthusiasts.
Among the most interesting places worth visiting are the Bird Sculpture Gallery in Górsk, the tourist farm „Stara Chata u Kowala” in Kluczewo, the Hunting Palace and Regional Museum in Włoszakowice, the Cistercian Church in Przemęt, and the Steam Locomotive Open-Air Museum in Wolsztyn. A major tourist attraction is the modern swimming pool „Akwawit” in Leszno, with a water slide, pools, and water jets.
