We warmly invite you to rent a year-round apartment located in a small seaside town in the West Pomeranian Voivodeship – ŁUKĘCIN. The apartment is located in the „BLUE MARE” complex. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a bathroom, and a spacious, sunny terrace facing southwest. The apartment is finished to a high standard and fully equipped. It is ideally suited for a family of 4. The equipment includes a kitchenette with a refrigerator, induction hob, oven, set of pots, plates, cups, glasses, cutlery, electric kettle, and various gadgets useful for meal preparation. There is also a dining area with a table and 4 chairs, a bathroom with a shower cabin, toilet, sink, and washing machine, a bedroom with two very wide (140 cm) sofas and a wardrobe, and a living room with a fold-out sofa, a chest of drawers, and a coffee table. The apartment is also equipped with a TV and cable TV, a beach set (sun loungers, beach umbrella), terrace furniture (table, 4 chairs, parasol), a set of towels and bed linen, an iron, and an ironing board. An additional attraction is a swimming pool located on the premises. There is also a restaurant serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The rental price of the apartment ranges from PLN 200.00 to PLN 320.00 per day, depending on the date, length of stay, and number of people. To make a reservation, a 40% deposit must be paid to the following bank account: BOŚ S.A. O/Szczecin, account number: 50 1540 1085 3001 5300 1081 0001. The title of the payment should include „Stay in the EMIR apartment,” the dates, and the guest’s full name. The deposit can be refunded no later than 14 days before the planned arrival date. The remaining payment is due no later than the day before arrival, either by bank transfer or in cash on the day of arrival. Additional costs include a refundable deposit of PLN 400.00.
